 Mr. Zhu, a senior executive with the Skyocean Group for the last 4 years, has been in charge of the oversight of the Skyocean Investment Division. Mr. Zhu brings strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills to his new position as CMMC's Chief Executive Officer.

| | | Bernard Kahlert
Position: Director
Mr. Kahlert became a director of the Company in 2007. Since 1990, Mr. Kahlert has been the Vice President of Exploration and is a director of Commander Resources Ltd., a TSX-V listed exploration company focused primarily on gold and base metal exploration in Canada. Since 2002, he has been a director of Diamonds North Resources Ltd., a TSX-V listed diamond exploration company with properties in northern Canada. Prior to joining Commander Resources Ltd. in 1990, Mr. Kahlert served as Exploration Manager for Amoco Minerals and Superior Oil in Australia, Canada and the United States. Mr. Kahlert holds a B.Sc from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.

Position: Director
Mr. Brooks became a director of the Company in 2007. He is also a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Brooks retired in 2000 as Senior Vice-President and General Manager, US Division of National Bank of Canada where he was employed for 19 years. Mr. Brooks has been an active member of the Halton Business Advisory Group as well as a mentor to the MBA School of Business at the University of Victoria. Since April 2005, Mr. Brooks has been a director of Northern Sun Exploration Company Inc., a TSX-V listed, Alberta based natural gas company.

Position: Director
 Mr. Zhou brings over 17 years of management operating experience in investment, commercial, real estate, mining and other industries. Mr. Zhou is the Co-founder of China Mineral Holdings Limited also the Co-founder and the leader of SkyOcean Holding Co. Ltd.
