China Minerals Mining Corporation ("CMMC"), previously Hawthorne Gold Corp. ("Hawthorne"), is a Canadian based exploration and development company with offices located in both Vancouver and Beijing. CMMC in headquartered in Vancouver with management expertise drawn from both sided with the appointments of Vancouver resident David Bo to the position of Executive Chairman and Beijing resident Ling Zhu to the position of Chief Executive Officer.

The Company plans further exploration at two gold projects located in the famous Cassiar Mining Region of British Columbia. The Table Mountain Gold Project is a fully permitted high-grade underground gold project with onsite milling capacity of 270 tonnes of ore per day. The Company is planning a drilling program for the 2012 field season with the objective of increasing gold resources toward re-opening the mine and bringing gold production on line. The nearby Taurus Project boasts a one million ounce gold resources that will also be the focus of ongoing exploration. The door is also open to accept project submissions.
